Nightblade/Warlock

Check out this build on the NIghtblade that works much like a warlock. ESO's whole point is to be diverse in the character and class creation, and this is just one example of the creation that can happen. Has lot of AOE, drain, and Sustain Magics. that all deal massive damage, and support the Character at the same time.

Shadow Knight

One of my favorite classes in all mmos is the Everquest/EQ2 Shadow Knight. It is one of the few evil player classes in mmos. The theme is a heavy armor wearing knight of darkness that steals life from enemies and causes terror. Nightblade was a perfect choice. Most morphs were chose to be the Stamina version. Stamina is for damage, though you could put more in Health if you wanted better tanking I suppose; I have never tested this in a group as a tank; it's just a theme build, not necessarily meant to tank in a real group role.

Master Archer/Assassin Build -- PVP/PVE

This build combines both the ranged prowess of the archer with the deadly melee skills of an assassin. Early levels will tend to be a little magicka constrained, so management of magicka is key -- especially when using the second slot.

Slot 1 (Archer) revolves around long distance attacks and kiting. Make sure you activate Swallow Soul for healing procs. If you get into trouble, proc your Shadowy Disguise for escape and armor buff. Scorced Earth could be replaced with another skills, but I like it for PVE/PVP Group fights.

Slot 2 (Assassin) revolves around mass single target Disable - DPS. Proc Shadowy Disguise and initiate with Surprise Attack for instant crit, stun, and armor reduction. While target is stunned, proc your Swallow Soul and Rapid Strikes. Target should likely be under 30% health at this point, so proc Killer's Blade. If target is not under 30%, land a few hits first before using Killer's Blade. Magicka management is key here, especially at earlier levels. Having Swallow Soul on the slot is majorly beneficial due to the additional 8% max mana stat.

Savannah

A dual wielding Redguard Nightblade. I usually equip two swords and a bow and wear medium armor. I enjoy sneaking as well. Minimal spells, with about 2/3 points into stamina and 1/3 into health. For crafting I want to become somewhat skilled at making what I'll use most: bows, swords, and medium armour. I'm a DPSer of course. : )

Nightblade Tank/Utility build

This build is what i have been using to solo VR content. It's incredible effective in giving you good AoE as well as survival tactics.

The first bar is the boss bar or single target bar.
By using the Ransack you get the armor buff which helps, however morphing the ability so it reduces spell resist is a good alternative as it will in a minor way affect your swallow soul. Using swallow soul and Refreshing path in conjunction gives you lots of health flowing in and it can create a buffer so help your healer out. Dark cloak i use to stop the boss from using a special. I use the morph that removes 4 negative effects, however if you plan to dps or pvp then going the other way is completely viable as well, just use which ever you prefer. Finally Leeching strikes which is a staple in any melee build in my opinion however you can also morph it to Siphoning attacks which will make ALL attacks have a chance to restore Magika and Stam but you'll lose the healing aspect of it. Since we block quite a bit in boss fights, if you find you don't really have the opportunity to use weapon swings then morph into siphoning attacks and you'll be fine. The ultimate i use is Veil of blades which is our damage reduction and also adds another AoE. By using swallow soul and refreshing paths our ultimate fills up incredibly fast and can be used on average every other pull, if fights take a bit longer you can use it in every pull.

The second bar is my running around the world and trash pulls. Degeneration is another HoT and Sap essence increases your damage as well as heals your party. You can swap out those 2 abilities for other things like Fire rune from the mage guild and maybe shades or teleport strike. again those 2 abilities are very flexible and swap them out as you see fit or adjust to your personal play style.

For attributes i went 19/30/0 and glyphed for stam and health. Since swallow soul and refreshing path is magika based having some points in Magika will help the "healing" aspect of the build. Now this is unique to my play style so play around with it and find what works for you every player is different so experiment a little.

For gear i am currently running 5 heavy, 1 light and 1 medium but if you feel you want more resist then go 2 light. Again just experiment and find what works for you.

I've given this build to a friend who is running dual wield he's made his adjustments and is having a blast so it can me modified to fit your personal needs.

so there you have it, hopefully you enjoy the build and have fun leveling and really enjoy the content. Happy questing!

Eviscerate and Heal NB

Bar 1: I built this bar with AoE, Armor reduce, and Healing in mind
LOTUS FAN- I chose lotus fan for the teleport, the aoe and the snare to aid in the disabling of your target(s)
PIERCING MARK- I had picked this ability to bypass the target's defense and disable any chance of disappearing, also for a heal
SURPRISE ATTACK- I chose this one for combo with shadowy disguise to stun and to further reduce their armor
SWALLOW SOUL- This choice was driven with the need to heal
SHADOWY DISGUISE- This ability was picked for a quick escape, or a crazy combo with surprise attack
BOLSTERING DARKNESS- My choice in the ultimate was caused by the AoE the defense and offensive capabilities with the snare and reduced damage and the invisiblity

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bar 2: I created this bar with Stamina management and Execution of single targets focused
KILLER'S BLADE- i chose this one for the increased damage dealt to low health targets and minor healing
RAPID STRIKES- this ability was chosen for my main attack for the damage and attack speed increase
WHIRLING BLADES- this aoe was picked for mainly the stamina restoration, but could be used for clearing small adds
FOCUSED ATTACKS- My first buff, it was chosen to increase attack speed and help restore stamina
SHADOWY DISGUISE- this invisibility was chosen for the crit and the defensive opening for an escape
SOUL HARVEST- This ultimate was chosen for the high damage capability on a single target and the reduction of healing on said target

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Passives: Refreshing Shadows- stamina management
Shadow Barrier- Resistance so as to not die too quickly
Fortitude- Health increase to stay alive
Dark Veil- Increase in Invisibility
Catalyst- I chose this to help with added sustaining with potions
Master Assassin- The damage increase is wonderful for combos
Executioner- Magicka management
Pressure Points, Hemorrhage & Dexterity- crit increase
Wind Walker & Athletics- movement and stamina management
Agility- attack speed
Improved Sneak- helps with sneak •_•

-----------------------------------------------

Race: Preferred Khajiit for rogue-like passives
Medium Armor Expertise- increased exp gain with medium armor
Robust- Increased healing during combat
Stealthy- Increased stealth capabilities with improved radius and damage from stealh
Carnage- crit increase

-----------------------------------------------

Vampire Disease- This helps with movement during stealth, resistance(not fire), and magicka and stamina regen
Dark Stalker-increases movement speed during stealth and faster stealth during night
Undeath- damage mitigation when low hp
Supernatural Recovery- increased magicka and stamina recovery
Unnatural Resistance & Savage Feeding- for better healing as a vampire
(optional) Blood Ritual- turn a player into a vamp (could be used for money gain)

------------------------------------------------

Soul Summons & Soul Lock- soul gem management
Soul Shatter- last damage move as death occurs to oneself, possibility for revenge kill

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I left 10 points open and "Craft" untouched for personal desires
(more points are possible from sky shards and main quest line)

Dark DPS Nightblade

I'm new to this, but I'm having fun pre-planning. I haven't decided whether or not to go Vamp as yet...may wait to decide by level 5 or 6. My choice of Bosmer is that I don't see or read any builds which give much hope for a Bosmer, even with the added buffs in the new upgrade. So, since I've always preferred Stealthy Thieves as my kind of character, I want to see how far I can get with this. I've put together two bars, one for ranged weapon (bow) and the other for double-wield with lots of stealth passives. Even though the 'build type' says PVP, I'm actually intending this to be an good for PVE and PVP both. Should be interesting.

Melee/Ranged PVP Build

This is a build I am working up to. I am using most of the abilities you see, just waiting to unlock a few of the morphs.

I wanted a ranged and melee based build for PvP. I enjoy melee more, but having a ranged build to use when your on higher ground or shooting down from the top of a keep helps a lot The theory of the build goes like this:

Melee - Stealth > Ambush > Dark Cloak > Surprise Attack > Heavy Attack(Knockdown) > Blood Craze > Dark Cloak > Surprise Attack Repeat

It takes skill to use the melee portion of my rotation for PvP as you need to get the drop on the enemy before they get there snares or stuns on you. I have Shuffle in the mix for this to break snares and gives you the dodge effect, then dark cloak will negate any dots you may have on you if the enemy got the drop, then you try and go into your surprise attack rotation to keep them locked. Veil of Blades i save if i get into a ganking situation and I'm outnumbered. Allows me the damage mitigation I need to either try and pop shuffle and dark cloak to escape, or the valiant method, try to take down someone with me!

For PvE this works very well for me, and usually ill replace shuffle with Leeching Strikes.

My ranged build I am still working on. If the enemy is far and i don't feel it prudent to engage in melee, the rotation would look something like this:

Stealth > Lethal Arrow > Venom Arrow > Crippling Grasp > Light Attack > Venom Arrow > Repeat

I keep swallow soul on the bar for some health utility and when the enemy is close to death i hit them with consuming trap which gives me some stats back so i can work on the next enemy. My ranged build is what I use when I'm leading my guild into battle or in large groups. That is why i chose the War horn ultimate to give group buffs. Consuming trap is also needed to fill a few grand soul gems on NPC's while I'm riding into battle.

Okay so there is no “Edit” option.. the “4th skill” meant to be “Ward Ally”, the tool mixed the order of skills up a bit :/

    hello
    i added 2 builds… well one and a half.
the NIGHT MAGE and the UNDYING BLADE.

i hope some of you like to comment on theese, since its not the old-fashioned and booring DW/Bow-sneaky-creepy-assasin-rouge-style-archetype.

I like my opponents see me comming and my fights long and rewarding.

maybe we find a way to improve it even more, or you see synergies/buffs/things/changes in rotation which i have not.

    cheers

It’s now the middle of 2017. With the newest content of Morrowwind coming out very soon. Anything for the new builds or monster sets?
