Nestled beside Morvunskar’s royal tomb.
Start at Fort Morvunskar Wayshrine, and follow the road going north. Just before you enter Fort Morvunskar, turn left, and go uphill. Soon, you will see a wooden door in a cliff. Skyshard is on the right side of the door, next to wooden crates and a wooden barrel. Quests in Fort Morvunskar lead to this skyshard as well.
Giants despoil the village below.
This skyshard is hidden near the Giant’s Heart point of interest. In order to reach this place, leave Windhelm and follow the road going east. Leave the road when it turns north, and head east. You will soon see a big fire in front of a huge rock, and a few giants around it. The skyshard is next to a broken wooden wheel cart with a chest on it. This area is populated with giants but you will have no problem avoiding them.
Leave the hollow to cure the chill.
To reach this skyshard go to Lower Yorgrim, follow the road out of Windhelm going northeast. Go to the northeasternmost building in Lower Yorgrim and head northeast of it, trying to reach the small peninsula and an island next to it on the map. On your way uphill you will soon reach the entrance leading into The Chill Hollow. Now, head northwest from the entrance and you will see the skyshard lying in the snow, next to a tall tree.
Strewn between tusks near the barrow.
It’s in the Bonestrewn Crest point of interest area. Start at Wittestradr Wayshrine and follow the road going north. The road takes you straight to Bonestrewn Crest, but just before you reach it, you will see torches dug into the ground and a huge mammoth skull with tusks next to them. The skyshard is lying between tusks.
Beside a bridge to Amol.
It’s located just outside Fort Amol. Start at Fort Amol Wayshrine, enter Fort Amol and follow the road going northeast. As soon as you cross the bridge, turn 180 degrees and go down to the river bank, next to the base of the bridge. Skyshard is right there.
Near the eastern bridge to Amol, second bridge East of the Amol Wayshrine, along the river.
Lost in ruins beyond the grotto.
In order to get this collectible, start at Fort Amol Wayshrine and head northwest until you see a wooden door in a rock, leading into The Frigid Grotto. Now, head southwest and you will soon see a ruin in front of you and a large stone and a broken stone pillar in the middle of the path. The skyshard is hidden behind the the stone.
Mzulft’s secrets are not all underground.
Located in the ruins of Mzulft. You can reach ruins either by going directly southwest of Logging Camp Wayshrine or, if you are in the Jorunn’s Stand encampment, exit through the northern gate and head north. Either way, you will reach the ruins pretty fast. The skyshard is above the entrance and the snow-covered path leading to it is before the entrance, on the right between two stone pillars.

Attempting to spy on Aelif.
Found inside the Jorunn’s Stand encampment. Go to the southwestern part of the camp. You will see an open tent and a wooden door behind it. Next to the door there is a small passage where this skyshard is located.
Stashed near a farm in icy winds.
Start at Logging Camp Wayshrine and go southwest. When you reach the main road, you’ll see a small one going further south. It will lead you to a small farm. The skyshard is south of the eastern building, as you pass a pumpkin field, behind a big stone, next to two trees.
An illegitimate child’s reading material.
Inside The Bastard’s Tomb public dungeon. Start at Jorunn’s Strand Wayshrine and head east and slightly south, toward the hills. You will see a wooden door, illuminated by a torch, leading into the dungeon.
This skyshard, like the other Eastmarch solo dungeon shards, has had its location changed due to post-launch dungeon remodeling. What you are looking for is in the northern part of The Bastard’s Tomb. Turn left from the entrance and head to the northeastern part of the room.
Search the slipperiest places in the hollow.
Inside The Chill Hollow public dungeon. Go to Lower Yorgrim, following the road out of Windhelm and going east and northeast. Go to the north-easternmost building in Lower Yorgrim and head northeast of it, trying to reach the small peninsula and an island next to it on the map. On your way uphill you will soon reach the entrance leading into The Chill Hollow.
Following the path to your right inside The Chill Hollow takes you to the large room in the southern dungeon. The main prize is in the corner of this room. Watch out for nearby Wispmothers, as they can easily kill you.
Three eyes gleam, a frigid prize.
Inside The Frigid Grotto public dungeon. Start at Fort Amol Wayshrine and head northwest until you see a wooden door in a rock, which leads into The Frigid Grotto. You want to aim for the southernmost room of The Frigid Grotto. This is the area with the low ceiling. It almost feels like the shard’s light is barely holding the cave from falling apart.
Crashed from the sky to open the vault.
Inside the Icehammer’s Vault public dungeon. Start at Kynesgrove Wayshrine and follow the road going southeast, until you reach a big stone circle on the ground. Look to the east (Gandalf™) and you will see the entrance to the dungeon (wooden doors in a cliff).
Once you are inside the dungeon, keep following the path to your left. It will take you to the room with the broken ceiling. Light from this hole shines onto the wooden platform close to the main prize. The skyshard is found on the ground floor, in the water, next to several wolves.
Old Sord excelled at hide-and-seek.
Inside the Old Sord’s Cave public dungeon. Dungeon entrance is located right in the middle between Hermit’s Hideout and Icewind Peaks Dolmen, south of the road passing by those two points of interest.
When you are inside the dungeon, follow the route south. This means you have to keep on going straight at the first intersection. What you are looking for is hidden in the southwestern corner of the next cave room.
Among the dead, sheltered from storms.
Inside the Stormcrag Crypt public dungeon. Start at Jorunn’s Stand Wayshrine and follow the road going southwest until you reach a crossroad. Look south from that position and you can see a wooden door in a cliff, which leads into the dungeon.
As you enter the dungeon, keep following the path to your left. Doing so, you’ll end up inside the large room with the shard. It is located next to one of the two large central stone pillars.
Near a throne in the Hall of the Dead.
Inside the Hall of the Dead public dungeon, western Windhelm. Follow the path going west of Mages Guild (structure in the middle of Windhelm). This dungeon is pretty difficult, and you might need more people in order to reach the collectible, since every mob group has 6 or more hostile NPCs. You can get two quests inside. The second one, obtained from Malana, Lost Crown will lead you to this skyshard, which is in the central room. Unfortunately, you will have to clear both very long halls leading there. The skyshard is behind a throne in the central room, but you will have to defeat the boss first.

The dungeon has been reworked and the skyshard is now in the middle of the west room.
As a added tip, if you clear the square room on the right side of the map inside he hall of the dead (skyshard 16) you will get an added skill point.
And it’s one of the easier dungeon bosses too.
