Dragonknight’s skill trees let you deal fire damage while going for either a tank or DPS role. Going for a Draconic Power build will give you more health regen and armor buffs for a tanking role. Ardent Flame is a DPS skill line with DOTs. Earthern Heart gives you more support options for your group. It is a favorite of ranged Dragonknights. RACE: The choice is up to you, but with this sort of build, I highly recommend a magicka oriented race as Altmers, Bretons or Dark Elves.
STATS: I choose the full health on stats and all magicka on gear, but after the update 1.3 you can do the reverse process. Don't put anything on stamina cause you don't need it except for Invasion or for breaking free from CC, the basic stam should be enough.
GEAR: Light armor is always recommended for a caster build, but in this one you will even need a bit more of protection cause you're going to be near the enemy for almost 90% of the time, that's why I recommend using 2 pieces of heavy armor mixed with 5pcs of light. The destruction staff in you primary bar is your brutal AoE, use it against big group of mobs, The 1h+Shield in you secondary bar is for your survivability or single target fight, switch to this when you see you're in a tough situation and your health is dropping fast.
