By level 50 your build should be stabilized like such. Grabbing the remaining skill point quest you can get, items, and skyshards will attain more perfection. Finish adding into each of the logical talents you see fit in every tree invested. When it comes down to it always keep at least 3 assassination abilities slotted on each bar with 1 shadow ability. The rest is up to you to decide, in basic terms this is my own build and I spent 8200 gold respecing at level 43. Then another 1000 for messing up, but in the long run always plan everything out. It saves unnecessary cost and time, when it comes down to it a Nightblade is given every opportunity to be a brief bursting dps while getting in and out of enemy lines.
