For a melee character its often really hard to solo stronger NPC.s without a ranged weapon or additional help. This build should offer you an option to try and take stronger opponents all by yourself. It relies on 1 stun ability and self-healing abilities. Use Shadowy Disguise -> Suprise combo to get you much needed damage avoidance through stun. You could swap Blinding Fury with Mages Guild ability Degeneration -weapon hits heal you, but it depends on your level in Mages Guild tree (http://teso.mmorpg-life.com/lorebooks-locations-map/ can help you if you want to do that). From level 15 and onward you can swap action bars, so next to this build you can develop whatever abilities you prefer.
