Templar

Templar talent calculator that you will find bellow will help you decide which way you will build this versatile class. Choosing the right skill line will provide you with the ability to tank, heal or do good deal of damage. There are a lot of combinations to choose from and wielding bows and healing your buddies from a distance, or going up close and personal with heavy armor and self healing are all good choices with the Templar. Pick and choose carefully and you can define your playstyle in many ways. We hope the skill calculator tool will help you decide what to do in various stages of your character’s progression.

Data seen in this ESO Templar skill calculator is based off of PTS 3.0 build of the game’s client. In preparation for the release of ESO Morrowind DLC/expansion we have decided to make the default talent calculator reflect PTS skills so you can plan in advance. We will also update it as things are certainly going to change as we get closer to release on live.

ESO Morrowind Update: Skill calculator has been updated to live servers version 3.0.5 data – same as what people playing Morrowind early access are getting. All the spell values (damage and such) are based on the assumption that you have 15000 Stamina, 15000 Magicka and 1500 Weapon and Spell damage. This means that if your character has different values your in-game tooltips will show different values.

Jack of All Templars AKA The Bard

a build i am currently working on for my first templar, it's my first serious build so any feedback would be apreciated. ;)
the build main goal is to find a good balanced build for both Group PvE and AvA, nothing too powaplay but really fun and helpful to others, a good old fashioned Buffer Pala/Bard style class.
I tryied to achieve this by focusing on two of the greater strenghts of this class: its buff/debuffing skills are very good and it is the only class who can heal without using a restoration staff.
thanks to this two very unique feats, the templar can be a good healer, a good tank, and a really good support all at the same time!
once you have the right passives, you can change your role in a group simply by switching a couple of active skills, (please note that the build you are reading is incomplete of the unactive skills i chose, the skill setting you see is mainly for support/PvP purposes), you can be both a good PvE Tank, PvE Healer, or just be the jolly bowl of jelly of your party by doing Crowd Controls, and offHeals while Offtanking and Buffing all your teammates, in PvP you can create unique sets of skills to better fit the situation (siege, raid, large battles, etc...) while the enemy have to face a really tough self-healing 360stunning M******er.
i went for the breton because i love it, but also because the racial skill tree is awesome for a heavy magika user like this one, but i think, that with the proper adjustment to the build, there are other viable races.

Please let me know if you liked the build, and leave a comment if you have any suggestion! :D
