Bowenas, the Treethane of Greenhill, is having trouble deciding what to do with Ezreba. The Khajiit helped the cultists to subvert the town, but she was forced to do so against her will.
First objective:
Bowenas has asked that I speak to people around town. With their input, I’ll be better prepared to make a decision about Ezreba’s fate.
