Quest Text:
A Knight of the Flame claims to have been put in the stocks unjustly. I need to convince the constable to release her.

First objective:
I need to speak to Constable Pascal down by the docks. Hopefully, he can be reasonable.

Steps:
  • Talk to the Constable

After you talk to Constable Pascal you are sent to find the Messenger. In order to do so climb on the first floor of a house at docks.

There is an entrance to the house where he is hiding.

Next, constable Pascal sends you to find and talk to Ship Captain Currod.

He gives you the task to find The Tava’s Bounty Ledger inside the ship. Take it to Constable Pascal.

Next NPC you should talk to is Sabyssa the Blaskmith. She is inside Sabyssa’s Blacksmithing house.

To complete the next task you should search the Constable’s House. Go to the second floor and search Constable Pascal’s Bed. There is a Daedric Symbol you can loot.

This final proof sets Dama Dabienne free, and starts new quest “To Alcaire Castle“.
