First objective:

I was given a bucket by the survivors of the abbey, but it is empty. They told me to fill it in the well but warned me that the well is guarded.

To fill the Bucket get near one of the wells and use it.

There are six Flaming Debris piles you should use your water bucket on. Sometimes, even though the fire is extinguished, you don’t receive the quest update. Keep extinguishing the fire until you do. Relogging might help if the problem continues.
