Glanir is a Proctor for the Aldmeri Dominion. He has tracked a bandit group known as the Crimson Raiders to their hideout. The Raiders have been causing trouble for the Dominion fleet.
First objective:
<<1>> needs the Crimson Raiders’ rutter, a book containing the sailing routes used to avoid Aldmeri detection, in order to easily intercept and defeat them.
