A bunch of dumb, drunken bards have gotten themselves stuck in a giant camp near Ivarstead. They tried to charm the giants with music. Now I need to run over there and save them.

its unbelievable that non of these sites tell you where to pick up these quests. all this does is repeat what the game tells you. WHAT NPC STARTS THIS QUEST LINE!!!
