I met a somewhat drunk and totally bootless Breton named Parquier Gimbert outside of Northpoint. He said he lost a valuable mace while hunting for mudcrabs along the shore. He thinks that maybe a hagraven was involved. Also, he has no shoes.
First objective:
Parquier thinks the hagraven headed toward the lighthouse where he and his wife live. She may still have the mace with her. I should head in that direction and see what I find.
