The Vinedusk Rangers want me to help quash the remnants of the Blacksap Rebellion, the Wood Elf civil war that ended with the Dominion’s formation.
First objective:

You have to go to Cormount in order to use the portals, otherwise you won’t be able to finish the quest.
Enter the portal but in Cormount.
