The Aldmeri Dominion seeks to secure the loyalty of Khenarthi’s Roost, but an old treaty with the Maormer prevents this.

Upon talking with Silvenar, talk with two nearby NPCs.

Silvenar sends you to another task. Talk with Razum-dar first.

One of the ways to incapacitate the guard is to place Moon-Sugar into his drink.

.. so that you can complete the next quest objective.

Razum-dar sends you to Silvenar again, but this time he is not feeling so well…

Performing investigation requires to note “Unwelcome Visitors” by hiding in Warehouse…

For the last piece of investigation you need to bribe Captain Irinwe, so she can let you enter Serpent’s Kiss ship.

Upon talking with Razum-dar and The Green Lady you are suppose to follow the Trail. This trail leads you to an Abandoned House in southwestern Mistral.

This takes us to responsible person. Its up to you to leave him alive or let him die.

    So, I’ve been looking around for a couple of hours now and I cannot find Ulondil anywhere, could someone explain where he is? I’ve checked around online and found a screenshot of him, but he’s not in the location of the screenshot…

      I can’t find the Ambassador either. He isn’t in the chancery, nor in/around the Maeomer Embassy. I believe it may be a temporary issue with loading the NPC in the world.
