Steelstorm 1.0
This is a dual wield DPS build with high survivability.
The focus is on extremely high weapon damage and adequate magicka/stamina regen in order to power a blinding array of devastating attacks while being extremely hard to kill as well.
Here's the breakdown:
Character is VR4 (Breton Female) Cyanna Steelstorm
5 Heavy armor pieces (Willows Path set). This gives +max magicka/+4% spell crit/+ health regen/+15% to all regen in combat.
2 light armor pieces (for passives) and one handed sword in all weapon slots (All Nightmother's gaze set). +8% weapon crit/+4% spell crit.
Armor enchanted with +health on the 3 main pcs. and +magicka on the rest. (still debating swapping a few of th elesser ones for stam).
Mundus stone: The Warrior (Weapon damage) with divines trait on all armor pieces.
All 4 swords are precise trait and equipped with weapon damage enchantments (currently +9 for 5 seconds).
Jewelry:<br/>Neck: +magicka regen/+max magicka
RIng: +magicka regen/+ max magicka
RIng: +8 weapon damage/+ max stamina
Attribute points (@VR4) M+0/H+44/S+8

Notable things about this build:
With such a high weapon rating (186), I can often kill a single standard mob of my level with one heavy attack. When a weapon proc fires (+9 wpn dmg), weapon rating goes up to 197. Now, I haven't tested this yet but since I am dual wielding I am assuming the chance exists, however low it may be, that both weapons could proc overlapping resulting in a +18 wpn dmg bonus resulting in a weapon dmg rating of 207. How? Because of the 13% wpn dmg bonus passive granted by having Flawless Dawnbreaker slotted.
My base weapon damage is 165. Flawless Dawnbreaker brings it up to 186.
Solar Barrage adds +55 wpn or spell dmg to the next attack but doesn't affect itself.
Follow it up with Steel Tornado while your weapon damage rating is at 248 (without wpn proc active), and watch the heads roll.
Radiant Aura grants +15% health/stamina regen just for having it slotted.
Use Blazing Shield and Channeling Focus so you can punish enemies with bursts of dps without having to focus so much on blocking. When grouped with others I often replace Channeled Focus with Ring of Preservation.
I use food or drink for boosting up stats to make up for the lack of stamina and further bolster magicka and health.
This is not an optimal PVP build but is extremely effective as a DPS role in any PVE Scenario.
I may be completely wrong here in the opinions of some but I love using this build and that's what matters so I thought I'd share it.
ESO Build-- Storm and Fire: Easy-to-use beginner Sorcerer for group PVE questing
Line 1: Single target DPS for difficult enemies and their nearby adds. Velocious Curse, Endless Fury splash damage supports tank or melee DPS, and Crystal Shards hits hard even if the foe is too strong to be knocked down. You can use any Destruction Staff, but I prefer Lightning in this case.
Line 2: Versatile AOE options, with Flame Staff. Knock mobs away with fire clench, and make them do the walk of shame over your Unstable Wall of Elements, right into Pulsar. Repeat. Finish with Endless Fury for Magicka regen.
Both skill lines have Liquid Lightning, which is enhanced with partners to activate Conduit. You can add any passives you want, but I rolled with light armor and the passives to enhance my weapons and main skills-- I didn't include them, but you can.
Energy Overload can provide a burst of DPS in emergencies and come to the rescue when your Magicka is depleted.
I began playing ESO with a friend. We both bought the game and rolled our first characters straight away. This build is the result: it’s super easy to use and learn for beginners while still providing strong performance. Most of the skills are picked up quickly in early levels, so you can start strong— but it remains functional even at level cap.
While it has no healing, this Sorcerer build compliments tanks, DPS, and healing groupmates by providing good single-target DPS and good AOE options to take out adds and clustered mobs quickly,
I played as an Altmer, but other races can benefit from this build as well. It’s not as hybrid-y as many other builds and perhaps it’s not optimized, but it’s user-friendly and good for people who aren’t into hardcore play.
1 handed and bow templar
it isn't necessarily for pvp it can be used for anything pve pvp group or even raid but this set is mostly for solo pvp and 1v1's. I hope this build helped your templar kick some serious ass in pvp.

Trickster Archer (Balanced)
This is the build (or thereabouts) I've been using the entire PVE main-game, and so far has gotten me through every quest without a hitch. Fair warning, you WILL die if you try to take this to PVP; still workin' on that.
Okay so there is no “Edit” option.. the “4th skill” meant to be “Ward Ally”, the tool mixed the order of skills up a bit :/
hello
i added 2 builds… well one and a half.
the NIGHT MAGE and the UNDYING BLADE.
i hope some of you like to comment on theese, since its not the old-fashioned and booring DW/Bow-sneaky-creepy-assasin-rouge-style-archetype.
I like my opponents see me comming and my fights long and rewarding.
maybe we find a way to improve it even more, or you see synergies/buffs/things/changes in rotation which i have not.
cheers

Some comments or thoughts on my build for pvp/pve would be great. Thanks!
It’s now the middle of 2017. With the newest content of Morrowwind coming out very soon. Anything for the new builds or monster sets?
