Sorcerer

Bellow you will find the ESO Sorcerer talent calculator tool. Sorcerer is a ranged magic user that can go for DPS, crowd control or summoning daedric minions to fight for you. You will most likely want to increase your magicka pool and go for light armor because it provides magicka regeneration bonuses. Using the skill calculator tool bellow you can try and find other ways to build your Sorcerer. The point is to have your build match your play style. If you are more about pure damage dealing you might go for Storm Calling. If you feel that you need something to soak up the damage – get those daedric minions via Daedric Summoning. You miss stuns in PvP? Try Dark Magic. Whatever your skill path is make sure you save it bellow and share it with the world.

ESO Sorcerer skill calculator has been updated with Morrowind PTS 3.0 data. This will help you plan out new builds for ESO: Morrowind DLC. Take note that all of the data comes from the beta server and may change as we get closer to the release on live. We’ll make sure to update the talent calculator with new data as it becomes available, and you try and update your build accordingly.

Morrowind Update: ESO Sorcerer skill calculator has been updated with Morrowind live server 3.0.5 data.

General PvE Sorc

Bar 1: General AOE Damage with additional Crit chance.
Drop Liquid Lightning (2), then blast away with Impulse (3) until dead. If you have a chance to use Endless (1) to regain mana, all the better. Additional damage with Critical Surge can be used when needed. Best used with Frost (for melee groups) or Flame (additional damage)

Bar 2: Single Target. Curse(1), Endless(2), Crystal (3). Using this order gives you two chances to insta-cast Crystal and its quick enough for Endless to nuke if the crystal shards brings the mob to low health. Impulse (4) is kept just in case, as well as applying status effects/reduced max health when needed. Dark Conversion (5) is a GREAT healing effect and will keep you moving along at a quick pace. Frost is the best staff to use for Impulse's slow, but anything works.

The Ultimate, Power Overload is a general purpose ultimate. Great for "omg need to kill this now" mobs like sub bosses/bosses. While does less DPS than your single target bar, it does not use magic which is quite useful. Also being an AOE allows you to keep switching between ultimate and normal mode to keep the farming going.

You can drop the Pulsar from bar 2 and move mage light to 5 to keep it activate between weapon switches since it isn't needed as much just nice to have.

Also both slot 4s can be anything to level up, neither one is really needed.
