PvP/PvE Master Mage (with high mana gen/health gen and high dmg+cc)
Epic PvP 1v1 1v2 mage build with high resistance to spells plus massive dps! aka the anti-caster.. Enjoy :]
ps: tested this build in 3 betas + PTS and gotta say this is a sexy build.. makes 2v1 look like childs play.

Master Dungeon Delver
The absolute top notch dps setup for endgame dungeons and trials, ive personally completed all the endgame PvE content on this setup
Low lelvel sorcerer kite build
This build is great for kiting those pesky "strong" or "elite" NPCs who are too strong to get them head on. It focuses on stun/snare skills which could turn any hard fight into a simple shoot-and-run practice. It is useful in PvP as well. If you get additional skill points from skyshards (and you should really, really get them, refer to http://teso.mmorpg-life.com/skyshards/ for guidance), use them for your preferred build. Since you get to swap action bars on level 15, together with the fact that you can reset skill points later on level 50, you could combine this with your preferred build, be it PvE, PvP, or any other.
Its important to have (at least) 1 skill point free so you could morph spells and abilities as soon as possible. Crystal shard -> Crystal Fragments should be your first morph and Unstable Familiar -> Unstable Clannfear your second. Venom Arrow should follow after. I put Draining Shot in slot 5 but, if you feel you have enough magicka, you could put Endless Fury to level up the storm tree and get a useful finisher (deals additional damage bellow 25% hp and restores magicka on kill).
General PvE Sorc
Bar 1: General AOE Damage with additional Crit chance.
Drop Liquid Lightning (2), then blast away with Impulse (3) until dead. If you have a chance to use Endless (1) to regain mana, all the better. Additional damage with Critical Surge can be used when needed. Best used with Frost (for melee groups) or Flame (additional damage)
Bar 2: Single Target. Curse(1), Endless(2), Crystal (3). Using this order gives you two chances to insta-cast Crystal and its quick enough for Endless to nuke if the crystal shards brings the mob to low health. Impulse (4) is kept just in case, as well as applying status effects/reduced max health when needed. Dark Conversion (5) is a GREAT healing effect and will keep you moving along at a quick pace. Frost is the best staff to use for Impulse's slow, but anything works.
The Ultimate, Power Overload is a general purpose ultimate. Great for "omg need to kill this now" mobs like sub bosses/bosses. While does less DPS than your single target bar, it does not use magic which is quite useful. Also being an AOE allows you to keep switching between ultimate and normal mode to keep the farming going.
You can drop the Pulsar from bar 2 and move mage light to 5 to keep it activate between weapon switches since it isn't needed as much just nice to have.
Also both slot 4s can be anything to level up, neither one is really needed.
Okay so there is no “Edit” option.. the “4th skill” meant to be “Ward Ally”, the tool mixed the order of skills up a bit :/
hello
i added 2 builds… well one and a half.
the NIGHT MAGE and the UNDYING BLADE.
i hope some of you like to comment on theese, since its not the old-fashioned and booring DW/Bow-sneaky-creepy-assasin-rouge-style-archetype.
I like my opponents see me comming and my fights long and rewarding.
maybe we find a way to improve it even more, or you see synergies/buffs/things/changes in rotation which i have not.
cheers

Some comments or thoughts on my build for pvp/pve would be great. Thanks!
It’s now the middle of 2017. With the newest content of Morrowwind coming out very soon. Anything for the new builds or monster sets?
