You will most likely want to increase your magicka pool and go for light armor because it provides magicka regeneration bonuses. Using the skill calculator tool bellow you can try and find other ways to build your Sorcerer. The point is to have your build match your play style. If you are more about pure damage dealing you might go for Storm Calling. If you feel that you need something to soak up the damage – get those daedric minions via Daedric Summoning. very good against melee still working on secondary, maybe defensive spells or perhaps AoE im not too sure yet, but anyways ill explain a bit, crystal fragment very nice DMG and CC i believe its a must also endeless fury nicest finisher ive even seen, and it also regenerates magika! win win, now here is the tricky part if youre good at kiting this should be easy, daedric tomb when they getting close, weather they step on them or not you still slowed them down since they have to dodge them, if they dodge it and get to you easy ball of lighting and make them have to walk around them again eventually they will step on them giving you a huge advantage thats when elemental ring does its beauty a lot of DMG and they cant move! they will surely die, and well ice comet is just a very good ultimate :P
