The Reachmen at Jackdaw Cove are corrupting the spriggans and transforming them into monstrous lurchers.

Wyress Shannia

First objective:

Only one spriggan remains in the area, and Wyress Shannia says she is poisoned and will transform into a lurcher if something isn’t done.

If you chose to – do whatever it takes to save her life – Collect Pure Heartwood from Lurchers.

Pure Heartwood Shard.

Bring Pure Heartwood to Wyress Shannia and apply the Pure Heartwood Poultice to the Spriggan.

After you talk to Wyress Shannia once more, destroy the Transformation Altar and slay Kaenach.
