This build is one of a true solo assassin with the best one on one damage ability's with your secondary ability slot filled with ability's that will slow and steal the enemy's health and give it to you and once your done healing switch to the DPS filled with stuns debuffs and buffs and with the passives i gave you the damage done with critical's will be devastating and with the shadow ability's lets you both stun and damage them with a massive critical and with your ability's and passives on dual wield you can do even more damage with your ability flurry.

In theory, you get into pvp, you do your thing but wait till you see people grouping up. Then you syphonig strikes, pop mage light, fire rune, lotus fan get them doted.
