The pirate captain One-Eye and her crew reached Coldharbour through a whirlpool while searching for a legend called the Lost Fleet. They seem intent on investigating the nearby wrecks.
First objective:
Captain One-Eye asked me to find her first mate, Jalan. She sent him to a nearby wreck up the canyon with part of her remaining crew and hasn’t heard from him since.
