I should pour the sleeping potion into drinking kegs around Farangel’s Landing.

Steps:

If you wear Midnight Union Disquise, adding Potion to Kegs makes nearby Midnight Unions hostile.

Choosing option “She’s your liege-lady. Doesn’t that make it your duty to give me that antidote” you get a 5 minute timer to save Miranda.
