Thonoras and his wife, Pariel, were captured and tortured by Wood Orcs. Pariel begged Hircine to save them, and Hircine “changed her.” After helping her husband escape, Pariel disappeared into a cave beneath the Falinesti Spring Site.

Pariel fled into a cave beneath the Falenisti Spring Site. I must start my search for her there.
