First objective:

I must challenge and defeat three Seamount hunters in the camp south of <<1>>.

Steps:

In order to duel Seamount Hunters you should talk to nearby NPCs. Some of them have the option to start a brawl.

If you choose this option they go from friendly to neutral. You can fight with them (and defeat them) now.
