I arrived in Eastmarch, in the Nord city of Windhelm. The place bustles with revelers as a celebration honoring the Skald-King is underway.
First objective:
Mera Stormcloak, thane of Windhelm and commander of the Windhelm Guard, wants to speak to me. I can find her in front of the Palace of Ysgramor.
