I met Kothringi from Stillrise Village who told me Worm Cult necromancers plague their village.

<<1>> said cultists raided the village last night, but guards tricked three of their lieutenants within their cellars. I agreed to convince the Worm Cultists to surrender.

Guide:

This quest is started by guards around Stillrise Village Objective in eastern Shadowfen. Quest itself is not that hard or complicated to complete, but the quest reward is something a lot of players might find useful. If you ever wandered how to become a skeleton in ESO (or to be more precise – get the skeleton disguise) you need to complete this quest and its follow-up "The Bargain’s End". I am not sure if other factions have the same quest but the initial guide is for Ebonheart Pact players.

You will need to talk to Chieftain Suhlak next. For some reason I find her to be one of the prettiest NPCs in the game. Must be the blue hue of her skin (and dem lips!)
