I found another location for the Tower of Adamant lorebook. NW of the Soulshriven Wayshrine and NE of the At-Tura Estate.
I am looking for the all Beneficent King Fahara ‘jad lorebook that is listed as being in stormhaven but I cannot find it. Any clues?
According to a youtube video, it’s somewhere in Cirodiil.
I was having issues with this recently too but I found it by complete accident. When running around the city of Wayrest doing the “One Last Puzzle” quest (that’s the one where you click on the lampposts) it leads to the Cloudy Dregs Inn. There you might already have a marker for a person named Rhea. Go to her room. If you don’t have that quest, or remember where she is, go into the inn and go to the 2nd floor. Head down the main hallway and look for the room at the end of the inn on the far right side. Enter the room and on the floor will be the book beside Rhea Opacarius.

Almost due south of the Wayrest wayshrine, outside the city wall.

Monomyth: ‘Shezarr’s Song” is next to Fisherman’s Island, just outside the sewer’s exit from Wayrest.
The Monomyth the myth of aurbis lorebook was in Farangel’s landing next to the house where where you find Miranda in the quest “A Woman Wronged” where you fight her husband (forgot his name) lol
The All Beneficent King Faharajad, under Biographies, is in Stormhaven as well – it’s in the Cloudy Dregs Inn in Wayrest, in the same room as Rhea Opacarius.
I cant find it. I’ve already done rhea’s quest line so I have no idea what room you’re talking about
one more not listed “the all-beneficent king fahara’jad” for biographies I found located in the cloudy dreg inn in the west part of wayrest. on the second floor in the guest room in the back. same room as the quest you speak to rhea in “the missing prophecy”.

The map on this site shows “Wayrest Sewers: A Short History” in only one place, across non-crossable water, in what appears to actually be Bangkorai. When I look it up on UESP, they show it being only in Wayrest Sewers I. Has anyone found it somewhere in the region?
