Pyromancer
Focusing mainly on fire dmg abilities and improving fire dmg over time has some cc but more single target burst
Oblivion Hunter
Summoning Beasts from oblivion to be your main focus of attention, this build main purpose is to kill your target before they target you, has great aoe and single target and has pets for detraction and kiting, also traps to make it somewhat of a PVP build.
NB bow Pvp DPS
Wood elf with bow and dual wield.
The goal here is to do maximum damage with the bow , and if the target just run to you like a kamikaze , you just swap to dual daggers , go stealth and finish him.
For the bow I´ll use the skills like this:
Mark-agony-snipe then use Haste to buff attack speed and draining shot to push back and stun
PS: for the passives im not sure yet
2h + 1h/shield Templar PVP with support
Updated 3/23/2015
Removed [Uppercut > Wrecking Blow] and Repentance from bar 1
Removed Breath of Life and Purifying Ritual from bar 2
Added Purifying Light and Vampires Bane to bar 1
Added Equilibrium and Lingering Ritual to bar 2
My DPS rotation is to first cast Blazing Shield, then at a distance cast Purifying Light on main target, follow up with two Vampire's Bane, then dive in with Toppling Charge, then quickly with Puncturing Sweeps, then swap to bar 2, cast [Defensive Stance or Absorb Magic], then cast Equilibrium, then switch back to bar 1 and repeat DPS rotation. Using Mist Form to create distance between stuns if necessary and Lingering Ritual for the cheap AOE heal. Can also cast Equilibrium a few times if safe and then Lingering Ritual once or twice...with the right amount of magicka recovery/reduced magicka costs and the right skills, I think you can come up in health/magicka very quickly this way, it is risky in PVP so you would want to make sure to be away from combat, but that's what Enveloping Mists is for!
In PVE, as V7, For Single Targets I'm getting 5,000-6,000 Damage Per Second with this DPS rotation, which is higher than any other rotation I've tried.
For AOE, you still have Blazing Shield + Puncturing Sweeps spam, tossing a few Vampire's Banes (or Reflective Light if you like that over Vampire's Bane...I prefer Vampire's Bane because the DoT is so powerful but Reflective Light definitely has its uses too)
I kept [Drain Essence > Accelerating Drain] on bar 2 but I rarely use it (rather I rarely can use it since it is always getting immunity...), so will be trying out different skills in that spot to see what works better.
Defensive Stance is also not utilized that often, but it's a fun easy to use skill so I kept it as well.
Please advise if you have any suggestions or critiques, I am always looking to improve and try new things.
Lucas New Tank Build

Battlemage Master aka Unsterblich Sturm Klinge (German name)
A Battlemage build for the players who really want to get up and personal with those truly OP NPC's. It is a fully clad heavy armor wearing character utilizing all of the armor passive bonuses, fully utilized storm calling class, fully slotted two handed weapon utilizing an axe for extra impact of 100% bleed, soul magic, fighters guild and Breton passive skills giving this character build a whopping magic damage and spell that is truly transcendent I cannot put it to words how well this build is for players who like up and personal combat. Extremely useful for PvE as well as PvP. If you use all the additional skill points from skyshards (and you should really get them, refer to http://teso.mmorpg-life.com/skyshards/ for guidance), for your preferred build. Since you get to swap action bars on level 15 and you can reset skill points later on level 50, you could combine this with your preferred build, be it PvE, PvP, or any other. A truly mage build with high resistance to spells, damage, epic regeneration plus massive spell and two handed weapon dps! aka Unsterblich Sturm Klinge . Enjoy ^_^
Resto/Bow PVP Templar
Thanks CohhCarnage for this build: http://www.twitch.tv/cohhcarnage/c/4007962
DK 2h Dungeon DPS (Evil Hunter/Paladin)
The focus of the build is to be a Daedra Slayer.
The 1st bar is simple to get:
1. DoT attack-> Low magicka cost
2.Finisher move
3.Cleave+ DoT
4.Dmg Booster
5.Daedra Killer & Stamina Restore.
5.Can be replaced with another spell of choice if not fighting Daedra or Undead
From the 2nd Bar you will want to keep the Weapon Buff (5) up constantly. The rest of it,well...lets say its good for off-tanking.
1.Taunt
2.CC
3.Selfheal& Regen
4.Armor booster®en
5. Can be replaced if you are tanking with another spell of choice!
How it works:
Evil hunter skill gives you 20% chance of dealing extra dmg,and also restoring a decent amount of stamina.
If procs are on your side, you will be able to spam your abilities due to the stamina restore. If not,you will be starved badly!
Its pretty stamina dependend,so gear towards stamina mainly. Remember that Rally, and Evil Hunter are skills that cost a lot of stamina and have to be re-cast pretty often. This build alse needs you to watch the DoTs you place on your enemy and also watch your own Buffs that expire quite rapidly. Basically you need to constantly keep track of 2 dots and 2 buffs in the heat of battle. It can get hectic in the middle of a boss fight, but skilled players cand pull it off. I wouldn't consider it a PRO build, but its certainly a demanding one. Its High-risk & high reward!
Good luck!
Smoke and Poke
Needs:
1. Dual Wield
2. Bow
5 Light Armor | 2 Medium
1h and Shield/Restoration Staff PVP Build
This is a build for PvP. It´s a very offensive build. I'm gonna use it on PS4 but it can be used in PC, of course. So, the idea behind this build is to buff your Health and Stamina with Green Dragon Blood, Then, you go senaky to your target until you can use Shield Charge on him. After that, you use Burning Talons and roll to the back of the target and attack him with Puncture and Burning Embers. Roll and get some distance to the target. Change to the Restoration Staff and use Lava Whip. Run close to the target and use Reflective Plate and Volatile Armor. You may wanna buff your abilities with Green Dragon Blood. Then change to 1h and Shield and finish the target with some attacks.
It's, like I said, a very ofensive build and it should be realy good for killing some enemies in Cirodyl. If you got a lot of skill points or you are now starting in PvP, you should try this build. Good luck, fellows, and that the courage guides you!
Okay so there is no “Edit” option.. the “4th skill” meant to be “Ward Ally”, the tool mixed the order of skills up a bit :/
hello
i added 2 builds… well one and a half.
the NIGHT MAGE and the UNDYING BLADE.
i hope some of you like to comment on theese, since its not the old-fashioned and booring DW/Bow-sneaky-creepy-assasin-rouge-style-archetype.
I like my opponents see me comming and my fights long and rewarding.
maybe we find a way to improve it even more, or you see synergies/buffs/things/changes in rotation which i have not.
cheers
playerklaus
Some comments or thoughts on my build for pvp/pve would be great. Thanks!
It’s now the middle of 2017. With the newest content of Morrowwind coming out very soon. Anything for the new builds or monster sets?
