You will most likely want to increase your magicka pool and go for light armor because it provides magicka regeneration bonuses. Using the skill calculator tool bellow you can try and find other ways to build your Sorcerer. The point is to have your build match your play style. If you are more about pure damage dealing you might go for Storm Calling. If you feel that you need something to soak up the damage – get those daedric minions via Daedric Summoning. i made this build as a noob and most of the build is able to be made at like lvl 20 if you get soul shards. start ur crafting and hirelings n what not, staves should level up pretty quick as well as summons and casts (im lvl 21 and have all my skills toggled any way) the rest is realy just add as you go, throw a passive on when you can. i realy like this build so far, i get to run into groups with my friends who wear heavy gear and lay the smack down! (aoe joke?) and throw a heal making me look like i saved the party, then i go off soloing and soul shard spell spam and attack, all works well so far. i personaly liked using summons so i still throw it on sometimes because well.. kill kujo kill haha...... 2 sum it up, use w.e. you want till u open the skills, respec for like 1k gold, try my build, edit it, tell me it sucks and lets learn together!!
oh and i made it using low level stuff because all the other builds are like "max ur guy out and get this gear" and im like hey ur lvl 21 lets do thiss!!!! if i wer to remove all the passives and crafting this would take like 28 skill points max or less.
