You will most likely want to increase your magicka pool and go for light armor because it provides magicka regeneration bonuses. Using the skill calculator tool bellow you can try and find other ways to build your Sorcerer. The point is to have your build match your play style. If you are more about pure damage dealing you might go for Storm Calling. If you feel that you need something to soak up the damage – get those daedric minions via Daedric Summoning. ESO Sorcerer skill calculator has been updated with Morrowind PTS 3.0 data. This will help you plan out new builds for ESO: Morrowind DLC. Take note that all of the data comes from the beta server and may change as we get closer to the release on live. Bar 1 would be your main control skills. Spam Encase + Cleave to ensure you have your Null Field for every mob fight. Power Surge (extra DPS) and Lightning Form (disintegrate and extra toughness) on CD. DO NOT BE AFRAID TO USE NULL FIELD!!! you will have it up on almost every encounter.
Bar 2 is for your single target DPS. Very high consistent damage if you use Fury - Heavy Attack - Shock - Heavy rotation. FRAG ON PROC ONLY AFTER A HEAVY ATTACK!!
Bar 3 (Overload Bar) - 1. Liquid Lightning 2. Encase 3. Dark Conversion 4. Power Surge 5. Bound Armaments. High AoE damage + control with Encase - Liquid Lightning - 2x Heavy attack ticks. Dark Conversion as needed but only after an Encase.

-You will be a bit weak on small scale (1 - 3 enemies) battles but very good in medium to large scale battles.
- Deppending on who you are playing with, Sword and Shield cc bar is a nice alternative to your staff bar. SnS Bar: 1. Shield Bash 2. Rune Prison 3. Encase 4. Power Surge 5. Bound armaments
- Protect friendly healers and disable enemy healers with SnS bar!!!
