   The fragment is not there or it is extremely well hidden. I hung around long enough to kill the boss several times while I hunted for it.

   the fragment is in the cave, beneath the ground, with river trolls in and outside it. just walk around the area with the boss and you’ll see it.

   Fragment located in the cave underneath the boss. 1 River troll outside, 1 inside at the fragment. If at the boss, jump down off the platform to access the cave.
