Shard is inside Tomb of the Apostates solo dungeon. Dungeon’s entrance is covered in vines and you best approach it from north. “Ancient Scrolls of the Dwemer I-B” lorebook is near the entrance. As you enter the dungeon, turn left and go toward the area with lots of water. It is located inside this space.
This shard is inside Crimson Cove public dungeon. You can enter this cave from nearby shore and there is NPC quest giver Peras near its entrance. Peras gives the quest “Export Business“. This quest is part of Crimson Cove objective. Inside the cave, just before the first group of mobs you can grab another quest. Quest giver Glanir gives mission “Naval Intelligence“. This quest rewards a trophy – Glanir’s Smoke Bomb, which summons a cloud of dust around you for a short while.
Dungeon is filled with groups of four or more mobs. Class with decent AOE spells can take them out rather fast, earning decent amounts of experience and loot drops in a short period of time. Groups have level 31+ mobs and there are also multiple boss mobs present of level 31-33.
Collectible is inside the eastern cave room. This room also hides other Crimson treasures (like paintings, barrels, etc.)
We deployed a quick update for our Lorebook Locations Database today. We added pages that will show all the lorebooks, that we were able to find, located in a single zone. This means that if you are collecting books by zone and you think you missed some you can see a map of that zone with each book marked in its location. You can also click on each name to get a full walkthrough for that particular collectible. You can also mark all locations of the book in that zone.
This feature was requested by some of you in the comments section and is provided in addition to screenshot guides for each book we found as well as the copy of the in-game interface you can find on the index page.
We still have some way to go to enter all the discovered items. We are at about 400 entries right now and about as many to go. We hope to have them all available by the time the game launches for everyone. We thought it would be cooler to provide you with locations without the need for you to run any addons or upload data. Instead, we wanted to do the legwork ourselves and let you guys enjoy the game without hinderance.

Located in Stormhold, the very first settlement you come across as you travel from Deshaan. This skyshard can be found on the top of the Mages Guild building in the middle of the settlement. To get it, you will have to climb up the stones on the right side of the entrance to Mages Guild.
Start at Stillrise Wayshrine and go northwest following the river. Stay on the left (your left) river bank and you will come across a small waterfall. Climb up next to it and you will see the second waterfall with skyshard at its base.
Follow the road going south of Bogmother Wayshrine and at a crossroads turn right (west). Go toward Camp silken Snare, and you will soon notice the stone formation surrounding the camp. Just follow it and continue west, and you will soon see the skyshard at the base of the stone formation.
Located in Alten Corimont, the pirate settlement. The skyshard is on the bow of the north boat. You can get on the boat via wooden platforms either from the north or the south.
Put some tune on and enjoy the view. Leo or Capt’n Flint, whatever floats your boat.
Start at Percolating Mire Wayshrine and head northwest, along the imaginary line starting at the wayshrine, running through the icon of Percolating Mire (dome house icon). When you pass Percolating Mire, you will see a small hill with a stone structure on the top, next to a big tree. The skyshard is in the middle of the building, partially covered by structure walls, but the skyshard’s beam is easily seen.
Start at the Percolating Mire Wayshrine and go west-southwest. You will come across a big stone ziggurat, south of Deep Graves. Climb on top of it and on the southern side of the ziggurat you will see the skyshard laying on the terrace below the top.
Located in Hissmir, the Argonian settlement. Central part of the area is covered by a ziggurat-like temple complex, surrounded by houses. The skyshard is located on the top.
