Shadow Knight 2.1 (Post IC DLC)
The general concept here is a stealthy DK assassin.
I have been running this build for a week or so and I'm having fairly good success with it. I originally played a Heavy Armored Spell Damage build in PVP, but that play style is all but dead for Solo/1vX so the move to stamina was inevitable. This setup gives you plenty of mobility around the battlefield, a decent amount of firepower and enough sustain to hold up against 2-4 moderately skilled players.
Gear:
3 x Vicious Serpent V14 - 2 piece bonus adds weapon crit which is good and the 3 piece reduces the cost of feats by 8% and increases your movement speed after killing an enemy... this set is a pain to get (only drops in SO, but is a great utility set providing crit, sustain and speed to disengage after dropping an important member of the opposing army.
5 x Hunding's Rage V16 - Weapon Crit, Stamina & a boatload of Weapon Damage, this set is a must for Stamina damage dealing. This set is craftable, so you can get whatever pieces you need to work around the pieces of Vicious you have.
3 x Endurance V16 Jewelry - I know most would go for the Agility set for the extra weapon damage and I would for PVE, but in PVP I like the extra HP & stamina regen. All three pieces are enchanted with Gold V16 Weapon Damage Glyphs and it makes a big difference.
I use divines on all crafted gear. With the buffs that Mundus Stones received in the last patch this gets the most of a builds potential.
Mundus Stone:
The Serpent (stam regen), other possibilities are The Warrior (Weapon Damage) or The Shadow (Crit Damage).
Rotation - From stealth - Crit Rush -> Petrify -> WB -> [bar swap] -> Ransack -> Reverberating Bash -> (if they are still alive) [Bar Swap] -> WB->WB....
In a more open field encounter where you aren't engaging from stealth you'll want to close the gap with Dragon Scales up, Start on the S&B bar, Shielded Assault -> Ransack -> Reverberating Bash ->[Bar Swap]-> WB->(Petrify whenever their CC immunity is over, this will dry up their stamina really fast.
This setup is for Solo/1vX situations... if you find yourself in a group or heaven forbid in the AP Train, then you swap out the S&B buff/debuff bar for Dual Wield Daggers...
For DW, my bar is Resolving Viggor - Camo Hunter - Retreating Maneuvers - Steel Tornado - Dragon Scales - Bats
Race:
I am an Orc, so I get a 4% buff to Melee damage, extra health and stam.
Bosmer, Redguard, Khajiit and Imperial are all good choices.
Any suggestions are welcome,
Enjoy
Tank/2-h DPS
Trial build while leveling giving tank abilities for dungeons/group events and still able to do some DPS for solo work. ****** 1H/Shield bar, uses talons to snare enemies giving you the chance to use Ransak to taunt them and get focus back on you, Chains pulls them back to you to accomplish the same effect. Heroic slash for a bit of DPS and to reduce their speed if they're moving away then Hardened armor for some extra armor & AoE damage. Ultimate is Magma Shell for reduced damage while active and a shield for team. ****** 2H bar, Green Dragons blood for some health/stamina restoration, Forward momentum to remove snares, stampede clears the long distances I usually use this to rush in first at beginning of the battle. Burning breath does some AoE DoT damage, just use it to add onto other damage then use Executioner once the enemies are wounded/low heath for some big damage. The ultimate listed is werewolf for my own build, but could put another ultimate or Magma shell in there as well. ****** While tanking I use the 2 handed build as a quick swap for some added dps, but can get tricky if you stay in there too long with too many mobs. I'll use the talons on bar 1, then switch over and pop Green Dragons Blood for some health regen rush back in and use executioner (if they're low health) and then switch back to bar 1. Then if you get snared switch bars and use Forward Momentum. Still testing this out, threw skills randomly into 1h/shield so this is after playing the skills a bit more. ****** Passives are not set as I personally like to go through on my own and with crafting I didn't want to use up too many skills, but it's pretty much every passive for the active class/weapon/extra abilities.

The Dark One
*****OFFENSIVE*****
-Initiation-
Uses Take Flight to initiate on enemies, apply Unstable Flame for the DoT, then Burning Breath for the Armor reduction.
-Follow Up-
Start spamming Executioner until the enemy is low, then Fossilize, follow up with a heavy attack and then light attack to proc Follow Up. Finish them off with an Executioner. Use Extended Chains as needed to stick on enemies.
*****DEFENSIVE*****
If you are taking heavy damage and need to stay alive, switch to the second bar.
-Flight-
Elusive Mist should be used if you want to reduce damage and get away.
-Fight-
Hardened Armor should be used to reduce damage and fight.
Then activate Devouring Swarm after Hardened Armor
Follow it up with Coagulating Blood and further heals if you require heavy healing. Spam Invigorating Drain to get your Ultimate back, and then Draw Essence when you are low on Magicka.
Okay so there is no “Edit” option.. the “4th skill” meant to be “Ward Ally”, the tool mixed the order of skills up a bit :/
hello
i added 2 builds… well one and a half.
the NIGHT MAGE and the UNDYING BLADE.
i hope some of you like to comment on theese, since its not the old-fashioned and booring DW/Bow-sneaky-creepy-assasin-rouge-style-archetype.
I like my opponents see me comming and my fights long and rewarding.
maybe we find a way to improve it even more, or you see synergies/buffs/things/changes in rotation which i have not.
cheers

Some comments or thoughts on my build for pvp/pve would be great. Thanks!
It’s now the middle of 2017. With the newest content of Morrowwind coming out very soon. Anything for the new builds or monster sets?
