The Jailer

first bar does lots of CC, which is useful since the more things ailing the enemy, the more damage bonuses the Jailer gets to damage.
The second bar is more aligned with regen. slot 1 regens mana on a kill, slot 2 regens health on crit, slot 3 regens mana when targeted with a spell, slot 4 absorbs spell projectiles, slot 5 regens ultimate, and the ultimate regens both ultimate and magicka.

3 of the Warlock- Magicka Flood - Once per minute, when below 33% Magicka, gain 33% Max Magicka

3 Magicka Furnace - Adds Magicka Recovery

4 Worms Raiment - Adds Max Magicka/Increase Healing Received

Weapon slot 1 for Trash pulls. Wait for Raid leader to say when to attack open with RoP "3 keybind" for defensive buff then follow with UWoE "1 keybind" slowing the mobs to then continue with VR "2 keybind" use of DC "4 keybind & SS "5 keybind" are situational based on if you have aggro on an add & if you are taking to much dmg to help please note to keep RoP up at all time to provide defensive buffs up during the extent of the fight. Ultimate should be used as soon as its ready for use.

Weapon slot 2 for Boss encounters. before arriving to the boss make sure to be at 250 Ultimate or as close to it as possible as you will need to start with you Ultimate to provide your team with Full stat buffs at start of fight as soon as the tank is engaged on Boss you want to start casting your DoT's and Make sure to be using a debuff tracking addon so you can watch for the duration so you can recast. you will want to have HM "3 keybind" up on yourself at all times once boss reaches 20% Health you will want to use Impale in between every light/heavy attack.

DoT Rotation I recommend is keybind : 2,5,1,light attack x2 ,2,1,5,Heavy Attack Repeat
For Impale add it in, in the place of the 2nd light Attack.

Please Remember during your raiding experience to keep a cool head and to not freak out lots of high attention is needed to have this build be successful. Hope you Enjoy this =)

Archmage Duelist

This build is setup to be a good soloing setup. It has massive AOE damage in the first weapon slot and strong 1v1 / Deadric DPS in the second.

The staff is setup to have Energy overload on all the time, with the rotation below.
Volcanic Rune > Liquid Lightning >Pulsar
If Enemy health is low swap LL and Pulsar for Mages Wrath
If Magica is low either swap LL and Pulsar for Energy Overload or Dark Conversion
Typically Volcanic Rune launches all but the largest enemies in the air rendering them unable to attack for around 3 sec which leaves enough time to cast either both LL and Pulsar or a Complete Dark Conversion
IF you are stuck on a tough group or boss feel free to just use volcanic and Heavy Energy Overload attack as the Normal rotation usually builds up quite a bit of ultimate.

The 2h Sword is setup to Maximize Weapon DPS. Crit Surge, Bound Arm, and Flawless DB all increase Weapon damage by a great deal, Plus Crit Surge Heals on every Crit.
Speaking of Crit...Crit Rush Always deals a Crit hit, + extra damage for distance.
Thus it is fun to Rush an enemy then blink a good distance away with Ball Light only to rush them again. It is good for heals and strong DPS as long as you keep Crit Surge up. Finally Degeneration Adds and addtional chance on every hit that you will be healed and does some damage to the enemy as well.

Praetorian

Praetorian

The Praetorian is a build accustomed to every situation. While wearing heavy armor and boosted by all the passive skills of the Aedric Spear, Dawn's Wrath, One Hand and Shield, Bows, Heavy Armor, and the second half of passives from Restoring light, he gains incredible durability with overcharged armor and spell resistance and regeneration across the board. Use the sword and board to defeat larger groups of enemies; always use Ransack if you are in battle and don't have the increased armor buff it gives; use toppling charge to quickly get to targets or quickly interrupt and briefly stun from afar, use Solar Barrage if you're expecting large groups, use Power Slam or Power of the Light on more elite enemies to either consistently stun or to deal high cumulative damage; use Puncturing Sweep to keep your heal up and deal a lot of damage, the more enemies lined up the better; Reflective Light to start each fight, deals a lot of damage and it's AoE, as well as snares; use Radiant Aura to get out of a pinch or if you need more stamina/ health regeneration in general; use Empowering Sweep to take less damage as well as deal a lot of AoE damage quickly, use Solar Disturbance to take out large groups of enemies.
With heavy armor and the way this build uses it's abilities, defense isn't as much of a concern with the bow. Granted I like a bow with the defending trait on it, but between Binding Javelin and Magnum Shot, your enemies should never get the chance to hit you. Use them as much as possible to avoid damage. Use Venom Shot to interrupt spell casters and deal a lot of damage, and use Reflective Light to deal a lot of AoE damage. Radiant Aura serves the same purpose as in the primary set, use Scorched Earth to deal a lot of damage to a group of enemies when the attention won't be on you. Use Solar Disturbance as you wish, you won't really need it.
This build works very well for questing, soloing, and PvE in general, as well as, theoretically, PvP (I haven't played the PvP yet). Primary Set: Tanking/ DPS, Secondary Set: DPS
Thanks for reading, this set works really well for me, hopefully it might help someone else along the way.

Flame-Lord

A powerful Breton prince from a distant land, he summons fire and dons the visages of dragons and wolves, destroying enemies up close with skill matching the beauty of his sibling sword and dagger (Active Melee Spells: Blinding Flurry, Steel Tornado, Burning Embers), or control the battle from a distance with a flaming effigy of dragons and using spells to wreak ruin and demise (Active Ranged Spells: Shattering Rocks, Sea of Flames, Crushing Shock, Destructive Reach). The very shadow of his battle standard (Ranged or Melee Ultimate: Shifting Standard) is enough to send his enemies fleeing, knowing the feeling of tongues of flame listing over their armor all too well. Wearing a combination of light (head, chest, feet, and belt) and heavy armor (legs, arms, shoulders), he supplements his defenses with dragon scales (Active Melee Spell: Razor Armor), and the blood of the dragon (Active Melee and Ranged Spell: Green Dragon Blood) and wolf (Melee or Ranged Ultimate: Werewolf Berserker) pulsing through his veins. He will be the Bane of Molag Bal, and all those who serve the foul prince's dark motives.

*Bars are set in their recommended sets, although the Ultimates are interchangeable. The reason for this is flexibility. For example: while the shifting standard is useful for an mostly stationary ranged battle-controller character, cleaning up nearby enemies and then picking up the standard and moving to another spot, the werewolf transformation and so being able to quickly turn into a melee character with enhanced stats is very useful. And vice versa, the standard is a powerful AoE damage source, especially since it can be refreshed. Ultimately, use the werewolf transformation during a fight with one powerful enemy, and the shifting standard during large mobs or group bosses.
**My definition of a successful build is, like I said in the beginning of the last note, flexibility. Following this up, use your skills to match the situation: In the dual-wielding melee set, Steel Tornado is a great instant AoE damage spell, use it on multiple targets. Blinding Flurry is meant for single targets, or interrupting casters or heavy hitters (the "4%" knock-back chance is very useful). Burning Embers deals high DoT and decent instant damage, as well as having the benefit of healing you and being cheap; use it often! Razor Armor is obviously your armor boost that you want up almost constantly since, due to wearing so much light armor, you are slightly spongey up close. Green Dragon Blood to help your healing and get some more stamina for making tornados and flurries. With the ranged set, your key to domination is control, and almost all of these abilities control your enemies. Destructive Reach is a good high damaging spell, and now, ranged; I primarily use the Flame staff, and the whole theme of this character is fire, so this spell will come with a useful knock-back, that will conveniently interrupt any spells, heavy attacks, or even the approach of your enemies, so use this often. Crushing Shock more or less accomplishes the same thing, with twice as much punch and an occasional added DoT effect. Petrify will incapacitate an enemy for a good long while, if you don't deal damage to the target, if you do, not a big worry. Fall back on your knock-back and stun spells. Sea of Flames is fantastic for taking care of melee characters that get too close, or dive bombing your enemy with flames; it also comes with the added benefit of giving you a significant magicka restore, so use this if you find yourself wanting for spells. Green Dragon Blood, again, is your life's blood, so use it when you need to.

This is my second character build, if you like it and want to see my original, the link is posted below.
Fight and Live well, brothers and sisters.

Okay so there is no “Edit” option.. the “4th skill” meant to be “Ward Ally”, the tool mixed the order of skills up a bit :/

    hello
    i added 2 builds… well one and a half.
the NIGHT MAGE and the UNDYING BLADE.

i hope some of you like to comment on theese, since its not the old-fashioned and booring DW/Bow-sneaky-creepy-assasin-rouge-style-archetype.

I like my opponents see me comming and my fights long and rewarding.

maybe we find a way to improve it even more, or you see synergies/buffs/things/changes in rotation which i have not.

    cheers

It’s now the middle of 2017. With the newest content of Morrowwind coming out very soon. Anything for the new builds or monster sets?
