The Elder Scrolls Online v1.0.4 features fixes to existing content. This is the second patch this week, and addresses the high priority fix of missing bank slots, stored bank items, and missing skill points. We’re continuing to work hard on other issues, and will let you know when they are fixed.
FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS
Miscellaneous General
Fixed an issue where your characters could lose bank expansions you purchased, including the items in these slots.
Note: This will not return any items or slots lost prior to this fix. If your character was affected, please contact Customer Support.
Addressed an issue with guild invites that could cause latency with social systems such as guild chat, player-to-player chat, and long loading times.
UI General
Changed the functionality of auto-stacking in guild banks. You will now have to stack items in your inventory before placing them in the guild bank.

Quest Text
After returning the <>, Chieftain Suhlak made me the arbiter over the fate of Stillrise Village. Destroying the <> will allow the villagers to die, but preserving it will trap them in their lifeless state.
Quest Notes
This quest and its objectives are not at all hard to do. There is one special thing about it though. It rewards the skeleton disguise item. If you ever wandered how that player is a skeleton, doing this quest will explain everything. Screenshots bellow are from the Ebonheart Pact and I am not sure if other factions have the same quest in their zones.
In the previous quest, The Thin Ones, you found out about the conundrum of Stillrise Village. This quest presents you with the choice right away. You can
Follow shaman Chirah's advice
Follow War Chief Helushk's advice
Let me tell you right away that either choice you make will reward you with the skeleton disguise item! Choosing between the two boils down to your own moral compass and has no effect on the quest reward (your soul on the other hand...).

Alchemy is a great choice for any crafter in Elder Scrolls Online. For those that just began their journey through alchemy you might notice that each plant ingredient has four traits that define what kind of potion you can create by combining different ingredients. It can be a very big endeavor to try and find all the traits on your own. What all you should know is that you can right click a new plant in your inventory and click on Use to learn the first trait of that ingredient. This will also give you a small amount of alchemy experience. For the other three traits you can try combining plants until you discover them all.
To spare you the time and material expense we have done the work for you and you can find bellow the list of all alchemy reagents with all traits discovered. There is also a small tool (drop down menu above the list of ingredients) to help you determine which plants you can combine to get a certain effect in your potion. Just select a trait from a drop down bellow and the list of plants will show only those with that trait.
