Unscheduled maintenance

UPDATE: Here’s the official info from Zenimax community managers (source):

Last night a few North American users reported inventory-related issues with their character account, such as seeing additional inventory items appear, or seeing items that were not earned through gameplay. We’ve identified and fixed the problem, but the issue necessitated some downtime overnight for the North American megaserver. This problem has not manifested on the European server, so it continues to run as normal. The fix will be implemented as soon as all required pre-testing is complete this morning.

We were already planning to push a new game build to both servers this morning, and we will continue to work towards this. Stay tuned for complete patch note shortly. In addition to this aforementioned priority fix, we are also working quickly to restore our ‘send in-game mail’ functionality, some content blocking fixes that are preventing some users from finishing quests, and a few other tweaks. Our goal is to have all of these fixes initiated later this morning, eastern US time.

We will update this post as soon as we have an exact timeline for the service to be restored.

Proving Trust

This is a quest walkthrough for "Proving Trust" quest. Guide bellow may contain story or other SPOILERS! If you want to avoid such interference please skip over this article. You have been warned.

Zone
Stonefalls
Level
6
Starting NPC
Aeridi
Quest Text
A volcanic eruption and an infestation of shalks have devastated the town of Senie. The townsfolk are wounded, but distrust between Dark Elves and Argonians delay efforts to heal them.
Quest Notes
This quest is pretty straightforward, buut in the beta and during the first days of the game being live there was a bug with the step where you need to heal the peasants.

Heal peasants

There are peasants all over Senie with quests markers above their heads. Unfortunately you can not interact with the. When I was doing the quest there were 4-5 peasants perhaps that were laying on the ground and you could interact with. They respawn regularly but due to high number of players you might miss them all and think the whole quest is bugged. Check the screenshots for exact location

Stonefalls Treasure Map Locations Guide

Stonefalls is the first area after tutorial zones Bleakrock Isle and Bal Foyen, available for Ebonheart Pact players. This island contains six Treasure Maps and additional Stonefalls CE Treasure Map available as pre-purchase bonus. Players can obtain treasure maps as random drops from mobs or locked / unlocked chests, but the drop probability is very low. On the other hand, players can buy treasure maps in guild stores as well.

Once you acquire a map, its location will become visible only to you, but you have to figure out where it is, by using a treasure map sketch as a hint. This sketch is a similar replica of the area surrounding a spot where you should dig out a treasure chest. The place where the chest is hidden is always covered with dirt mound.
